Role: Founding designer, head of design
Blossom builds banking software for credit unions. I'm the founding designer. These days I run design for the whole company, so the product but also the brand, the marketing, and the design system under all of it. I took the team from just me to around 20, split in three groups, and I manage the leads. I still design though, I didn't just turn into a manager.

A few screens to get you started.
We've built a lot over the years, honestly more than I could fit on one page. So here's a small sample below, just some of the stuff that's already out there and public.
Everyday banking. Opening accounts, sending money, messaging the credit union. I designed it start to finish.
Payroll and payments for companies, plus a portal for a business to bank as a team.
Where the staff live all day, and our biggest product. Payments, support, ticketing.
Every product's built on the same design system. I still build and maintain it myself, so we solve something once instead of ten times.
High-contrast, dark mode, WCAG, in from the beginning. It's banking, people need that, so we didn't treat it as optional.
