This is a static portfolio website. It does not offer accounts, comments, checkout, or newsletter signup. The Site does provide a contact form; if you use it, I receive the name, email address, and message you submit so I can read and reply to it. Contact form emails are delivered through Resend, an email service provider that processes the submission on my behalf. You can also reach me directly by email or through a linked third-party platform.

2. Automatically Collected Information

Like most websites, the hosting and delivery services that operate the Site may process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, approximate location, and performance data. This information is used to keep the Site secure, available, and performant.

3. Analytics and Performance

The Site uses Umami Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate page traffic and performance. These tools are used for basic site measurement, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.

Umami is a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect or store personal information. It records aggregate data such as page path, referring site, campaign tag, country, browser, and device type, and it counts a small number of interactions such as resume downloads and contact form submissions. Umami does not follow visitors across other websites.

Vercel Web Analytics is designed to use aggregated data without third-party cookies. Vercel Speed Insights reports anonymous performance data such as route, browser, device type, country, and web vital measurements.

4. Cookies

The Site does not set its own tracking cookies. Third-party services linked from the Site, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, or external project websites, may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you visit them.

5. Data Sharing

I do not sell, trade, or rent personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help host, deliver, monitor, or secure the Site, or when required by law.

The Site links to third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and I am not responsible for their content or data practices.

If you contact me through the form or directly, I may retain your message and contact details as needed to respond and keep appropriate professional records. Analytics, hosting, and email-delivery data are retained according to the policies of the service providers that process them.

You can avoid voluntarily providing personal information by not using the contact form and not contacting me directly. You can also use browser-level privacy controls, such as blocking cookies or limiting tracking features, when visiting this or any other website.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Under the EU and UK GDPR, these include the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. The lawful basis for handling a contact-form submission is my legitimate interest in responding to your message. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. I do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
